📝 TERMS & AGREEMENT

By booking a free consultation or paid coaching session/package with Arnyce’s Foster-Hernandez Coaching Services, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms:

1. Nature of Services

Arnyce’s Foster-Hernandez Coaching Services offers mindset and leadership coaching designed to support personal and professional development. These services are not a substitute for medical, psychological, or psychiatric care. I do not diagnose or treat mental health conditions, nor do I offer medical advice.

If you are experiencing a mental health crisis or require medical attention, please consult a licensed healthcare professional immediately.

2. Free Clarity Consultations

• The 30-minute Free Clarity Call is offered as a one-time introductory session for new potential clients.

• The goal of this session is to determine alignment, explore goals, and offer clarity—not to provide ongoing coaching or a full strategy session.

• No purchase is necessary to book this call, and there is no obligation to continue beyond the consultation.

3. Paid Sessions and Packages

• All paid coaching packages and sessions (including Mindset Audit, Breakthrough Coaching, Lead From Within Intensive, etc.) are non-refundable.

• By purchasing, you commit to the coaching process and acknowledge that results may vary based on your engagement, readiness, and consistency.

• Sessions must be used within the time window indicated per package (e.g., 3 sessions over 1 month). Unused sessions will expire unless otherwise arranged in writing.

4. Cancellations and Rescheduling

• A minimum of 48 hours' notice is required to cancel or reschedule any session (free or paid).

• If you cancel or reschedule with less than 48 hours’ notice—or miss your session entirely—the session will be forfeited. No refunds or makeup sessions will be issued in these cases.

• For free clarity calls, no-shows may result in forfeiting the ability to rebook future free sessions.

5. Client Responsibility

• You understand that coaching is a collaborative process and that your progress depends on your commitment, communication, and willingness to engage in the work.

• You agree to show up on time, distraction-free, and ready to participate in each session.

• You are solely responsible for your decisions, actions, and results during and after the coaching engagement.

6. Confidentiality

• All information shared during coaching sessions will be held in confidence, except where disclosure is required by law (e.g., risk of harm to self or others).

• Group coaching and workshop environments require mutual respect for participant privacy. What is shared in the group stays in the group.

7. Intellectual Property

• All materials, exercises, recordings, and resources provided by Arnyce’s Foster-Hernandez Coaching Services are the intellectual property of Now What? Mardi Gras! Inc.

• You may use them for personal development but may not copy, share, or repurpose them for commercial use without express written consent.

8. Limitation of Liability

You agree to hold harmless Arnyce’s Foster-Hernandez Coaching Services and Now What? Mardi Gras! Inc. from any and all claims, damages, or outcomes arising from your participation in coaching services. There are no guarantees of specific results.

9. Agreement Acknowledgement

By booking a free consultation or submitting payment for any coaching session or package, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to the terms above. You acknowledge that coaching is not therapy or medical treatment and that all purchases are final.
